North Country Priorities

🏠 Affordability & Property Taxes

Making it possible to afford to live here.

Families, seniors, and people on fixed incomes feel the pressure of property taxes and the rising costs of everyday life. We need solutions that recognize the financial realities of rural communities and stop unnecessarily shifting costs onto local taxpayers.

πŸ”‘ Housing & Strong Communities

Helping people live, work, and build a life here.

The North Country needs housing that working people, young families, seniors, veterans, and our local workforce can afford, while respecting local decision-making and the character of our communities.

❀️ Healthcare & Access to Care

Protecting healthcare close to home.

Where you live shouldn't determine whether you can get the care you need. Protecting rural healthcare means supporting our hospitals and providers, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and improving access to services closer to home.

πŸ“š Education & Our Local Schools

Strong schools without placing the entire burden on property taxpayers.

Every child deserves the opportunity for a good education, regardless of their ZIP code. New Hampshire needs fairer education funding that supports students and educators without continually pushing costs back onto local property taxpayers.

🌲 Local Control, Land & Community Protection

Growth should strengthen our communities, not overwhelm them.

Communities need meaningful tools to address high-impact development while protecting taxpayers, infrastructure, land, water, and community character. Responsible development should include transparency, public participation, and respect for local decision-making.

⚑ Infrastructure, Energy & Economic Opportunity

Building a North Country that can thrive.

Reliable electricity, affordable energy, broadband, roads, municipal infrastructure, and a skilled workforce are essential to the North Country's future. Economic growth should create lasting benefits for the people and communities that call this region home.

The Work Continues

I ran for State Senate because I believed the North Country deserved a strong voice and because too many decisions affecting our communities are made without fully understanding what life is like north of the Notches.

I still believe that.

Public service isn't limited to holding elected office, and neither is advocacy.

I'll continue listening to people across CoΓΆs County and northern Grafton County, researching the issues that affect us, sharing information, asking questions, and speaking up when decisions made elsewhere could have consequences here at home.

There will be issues where we disagree. That's part of democracy. But we can disagree and still listen to one another, work together, and ask a simple question:

What's best for our communities and the people who live here?

That's where I intend to keep starting.

What's Happening in Your Community?

The North Country isn't one community. It's many communities, each with its own history, strengths, challenges, and priorities.

If something is happening in your town that deserves attention, or there is an issue you believe more people should know about, I'd like to hear from you.

Let's keep the conversation going.
