The election may be over, but the work continues.
During the campaign, I heard from people across the North Country about the challenges facing our families, towns, schools, and local businesses. Those conversations don't end with an election.
I will continue to speak up, stay involved, and work with others on issues that matter to our communities.
Then I would retain four large issue blocks/cards, but change them from campaign promises to continuing areas of advocacy.
1. Affordability & Property Taxes
Small towns and working families are feeling the pressure of rising costs and property taxes. I'll continue advocating for policies that recognize the realities of rural communities and don't simply shift more costs onto local taxpayers.

2. Healthcare & Strong Communities
Where you live shouldn't determine whether you can get the care you need. I'll continue supporting efforts to protect rural healthcare, strengthen our healthcare workforce, and keep essential services available here in the North Country.

3. Education & Opportunity
Strong local schools are essential to strong communities. I'll continue advocating for fair education funding, opportunities for our children, and policies that help young people build a future here rather than having to leave to find one.

4. Local Control & Responsible Development
Economic development matters, but so does protecting the communities we call home. I'll continue working to ensure towns have the tools they need to address high-impact industrial development while protecting water, infrastructure, property owners, taxpayers, and the character of our communities.

From Advocacy to Action
Advocacy isn't just about taking a position. It's about showing up, doing the research, bringing people together, and working toward practical solutions.
I'll use this space to share information about legislation, community issues, public hearings, and other matters affecting the North Country, along with ways you can get involved.
